Shipping and Returns

Where we deliver

We deliver across India. Enter your address at checkout to confirm that we can deliver to your pincode.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after payment, and delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send you tracking details by email or WhatsApp where available.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at karvannall.in@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 89449 76623. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will replace the item or refund you.

Returns

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used hair care products. Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first so we can approve the return.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show the refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Wholesale orders

Delivery and returns for wholesale orders are agreed separately when the order is confirmed.
