About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from karvannall.in, operated by Karvannall Professional. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR). Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout. We try to show products accurately, but colours and packaging may differ slightly from the photos.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We may cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and we will refund any amount you paid.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery times, charges, returns and refunds are explained on our Shipping and Returns page.

Using the products

Read the label and follow the directions for use. Do a patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Stop using a product and speak to a doctor if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale supply, pricing and minimum quantities are agreed separately after an enquiry.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
